Meet Jennifer Carroll

Jennifer Carroll is a dynamic storyteller and award-winning speaker who inspires those who feel lost to rediscover their passion and direction in life. As a former Canadian TV news reporter and on camera host, she understands what it's like to live a life different than the one everyone sees.

Jennifer and her daughter, Jessica, host high-end events which they call Fun Fab Frisky Play Days! The dynamic duo, also known as J&J, gather Illuminated ladies in community to rediscover themselves and learn how to play the J&J way. What's that? Fun, Fab & Frisky!

She was married to a successful entrepreneur and raised two amazing kids, only to lose her husband tragically, to prostate cancer when he was just 52. She's the author of, “Beyond Invincible”, a book honoring her late husband Phil, sharing the Phil-osophies she learned living large and living to give. It was through her journey of loss that led her to become a voice of resilience and rediscovery.

Jennifer also wrote the children’s book, “Bigsbee’s Unbee-lievable Journey to Fly!”. A metaphorical life skills book encouraging children to begin with a dream, belong to a great group, be accepting of others and believe in themselves.
